The story.

Rosetta Roastery was started in 2010 by Jono Le Feuvre, Rob Cowles and Jeff van Aswegen — three flatmates whose band never quite made it, so they turned to specialty coffee instead. From their Bree Street roastery in the Cape Town CBD, they roast in a light, progressive style built to show off each single origin's clarity. Their guiding line: coffees are orchids, not aspirins — exquisite, seasonal, worth the care. Expect traceable lots from Ethiopia, Kenya and beyond, with bright floral, stone-fruit and berry notes.
