The scene is huge. The map didn’t exist.
South Africa’s specialty coffee scene is everywhere — Cape Town to Jozi to Durban, and the cities most maps skip. But the people who care most are scattered across Instagram, old Reddit threads, and word of mouth. No honest, opinionated, locally-rooted directory exists.
So we built it — a map that names the neighbourhood, the bean origin, and the roaster behind the bag, then lets you decide. Specifics over generics, opinions over hedging, and not a snob in sight.
