The story.

Humble Coffee is Amy Gardiner's Durban roastery. A former barista from Scotland, she fell for the city and built her own thing here, growing from small-batch roasting into a café, roastery and bakery. The range is producer-first: the House Blend leans caramel, naartjie and dark chocolate for espresso, the all-African Love Blend runs peach and toffee, and single origins rotate through a washed Huila from Julio Gómez's Agua Azul collective, a light-roast Lalesa from Ethiopia and an anaerobic natural from Aceh.
